NEW Auction Charges: Update
Thank you for your generosity at this year’s Auction, and thank you for your patience as our team finalized all accounts and receipts. NEW Green and Verdant Committee Liaison Needed!
Helen Lew and the Green and Verdant (G and V) Committee are looking for a parent volunteer to organize other parents to assist the G and V committee in its efforts to “green” the school’s appearance as well as it’s ecological impact. In the first phase, the liaison will organize parents/families who will pull out existing plants in front of the Science room and around the Beverly Circle on a weekday afternoon or weekend, whichever is more convenient for the parents. In later phases, parents (and the liaison) may help the committee and kids plant native plants. In addition to helping the school become a greener and more verdant environment, the liaison will be eligible for non-revenue producing CSPA hours and have the opportunity to take home any plants removed from the campus for transplanting! A three-fer!
If you would like to volunteer or have any questions, please contact Helen Lew () if interested.
