Third Grade

We know that third graders are inquisitive and thoughtful learners with increased awareness of their place in the world.

Third graders are practicing life skills such as problem-solving, communication, leadership, collaboration, and personal responsibility. 

Students learn to:

  • Think critically and express one’s ideas and respect the thoughts of others.

  • Strengthen mental flexibility and persevere through challenges

  • Build  mindfulness through the encouragement of being present, demonstrating empathy and fostering a growth mindset.

  • Connect within the community and beyond

  • Further develop collaboration skills
